Wool Innovation Prize
The Worshipful Company of Woolmen and The Company of Merchants of the Staple of England have initiated a UK prize for innovation in the use and application of wool. This is open to any individual who works with wool.
- Awarded annually
- Application has to be innovative and commercially viable
- Apparel or non-apparel applications
- £5000 prize
- Annual closing date is 30th June.

The 2016 Innovation Prize was awarded to Sonia Reynolds of Nottingham Trent University. A framed certificate and the money was presented to her at the Mansion House Dinner of The Woolmen on 19th October 2016.
The closing date for the prize this year is 30th June 2017.
